“Everything has a Rhythm” is more than just a film: it’s a journey into the personal story of Francesco Montesanto, a young and determined entrepreneur at the helm of Médisin, a historic pharmaceutical company founded by his father. When life unexpectedly handed him this responsibility, Francesco had to grow up quickly — not only professionally, but above all, as a person.

Before all this, music was his world. A space of passion, instinct, and self-expression that he had to set aside out of necessity. But what music had taught him stayed with him: in life, as in rhythm, everything finds its tempo. That’s the thread running through this project — a reflection on balance, intuition, and inner strength.

The film was born with the intention of presenting Francesco in a different light — far from the conventional tone of the pharmaceutical industry. It’s a sincere portrait dedicated to those who stand by him every day: suppliers, collaborators, agents. A special moment shared during Médisin’s 2025 medical convention, held in the remarkable setting of Borgo Egnazia.

The creative process was long and deeply human. We spent over a month with Francesco — in his home, at his table — listening, sharing, composing. Together, we wrote an original score, crafting it from the ground up, and letting it guide the tone and rhythm of the entire piece. It was a large, young team — over forty people on set — who brought this story to life in just three intense days of filming.

One of the most symbolic moments came through scenography: for a key sequence, we rebuilt his office on a set of custom rails, allowing the space to move — physically and metaphorically — and visually convey transformation, fluidity, and change. It was a bold creative choice, technically complex, but deeply aligned with the soul of the project.

The visual style — sharp, direct, at times loud — was deliberately shaped around Francesco’s taste. We embraced it not by compromise, but by conviction. Because every story deserves honesty, even when it wears colors far from our own.
