Working with HCAP Ambrì‑Piotta has been one of those projects you never forget. We arrived knowing nothing about hockey and left with scarves, chants, and a new kind of faith. Because in Ambrì, it’s not just a team — it’s a community, an identity, a way of life. In a village of just a few hundred nestled among the mountains, there is a sports reality that has played for decades in the top tier of Swiss hockey, with the same intensity and pride as any major European club. Ambrì is a giant that speaks with a human voice.

When we were asked to create a video to be shown before every game, we immediately understood it wasn’t just about a motivational clip. It had to be a ritual, a sacred moment. The arena goes dark, the cube comes to life, voices, faces, energy rising like a wave. Every sound was crafted to resonate deep in the chest, every image to spark something profound. The visual style we chose — powerful, sincere, cinematic — naturally blended with the team’s identity and the passion of its people.

To tell this story, we immersed ourselves in the valley, in its silences and its shouts, listening to the words of those who carry Ambrì tattooed inside: journalists, fans, players. They opened their doors to us like you would to someone coming home. And perhaps that’s what guided us: letting ourselves be moved, stepping in gently, allowing it to touch us.

This project started as an assignment and became a mission. And today, every time the lights go down at Gottardo Arena and our video plays, we feel a piece of us remains there, beating strong alongside that biancoblù heart.
